Very close to Riva and if you are 1-2 days and going on with a boat
All was good

Did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment, but room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Position fantastic as restaurants, shops, day trip booking companies & waterfront literally steps away . At night very quiet as street level was busy & often with buskers & restaurant noise. Front desk lady very helpful with everything. Rooftop terrace lovely at sunset & ok to bring your own drinks in.
Lift starts on the 1st floor so bag lifting could be an issue for some people with very heavy luggage. Maybe a sign on the corner of the little lane with an arrow would be helpful for locating the hotel, but that might be our bad directions!

Great location, very clean bathroom.
Staff on check in not very friendly, no breakfast (booking.com implied it was available), curtain rail fell off onto my head which is dangerous
