Reception was open and easy to collect the keys for the room. Staff helped with bags and were very obliging.
The facilities listed that it had kitchen facilities and a microwave and it did not. It had a jug, 3 cups, 1 teaspoon and a fridge so very difficult if you wanted to self cater.

Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to city centre.
Parking can be an issue so definitely request a parking permit prior to arrival. We didn't because we could see car parks on Google maps were close by but car parks marked on Google near by are now permanently closed and not in use.

Nice, quiet location from which we were able to walk into the city centre in around 15 minutes. Comfortable beds and clean space.
Whilst the kitchen was fully functioning, it was tricky to operate the ovens and hobs and the pans were difficult to work with.

Low supplies, 1 tea towel, no extra bin bags
Run down lounge furniture
Master bed extremely noisy needs a new frame
Poor parking details ‘30 seconds from house’ not helpful, needs an address and parking instructions such as cost and how to enter
