Clean with mostly comfortable, secure with reasonable furniture and facilities, spacious Superior apartment on ground floor. The response by maintenance was fast and helpful and friendly for enquiries once checked in. The apartment is on a quiet cal de sac and very close to the rail station, amenities and a short walk from the city centre.
Sofa bed very old and uncomfortable to sit on and sleep a 3rd person.

Getting to the parking is tight, take a wide turn into the back street.

Good location within reasoable walking distance of the centre and close to the railway station
Not all the lights worked.
The shower head would not stay in place.
The access to the parking was very narrow, but the parking bay was fine.

It was very clean, good water pressure and amount of water and I really appreciated the iron and board. There was a good amount of sockets, which were usefully placed. The room exceeded my expectations
I did not have a decent sleep either night. Though it was surprisingly quiet outside, it was actually the emergency exit sign within the room that kept me up all night. It was so bright it lit up the entire room and I only got about 5 hours of unrestful sleep. I didn’t bring a sleep mask as I can’t wear them anymore. The second evening we had some inconsiderate guests who were very loud and coming in and out. It took me a long time to fall asleep afterwards. I really appreciated the secure doors but they are very loud and echo in the hallway. With two days of little sleep I actually opted to pay more for the train to leave Norwich early my last day as I was so exhausted.
