Beautiful boutique hotel. Amazing attentive staff. Able to get us early check in. Cozy hotel bar & restaurant. Selection of liquor in room to make your own cocktail. Soft robes. Easy walking distance to Coors field, shopping, and restaurants. 2 block walk to get shuttle bus to Red Rocks. We didn’t need a rental car at all. Hotel held our bags for us to enjoy a full day walking around Denver before our evening flight. Breakfast around corner at Stowaway Kitchen is must do! Room service - yogurt parfait was amazing. I know stupid comment, but to good not to mention. Second floor outside bar was chill place to hang before concert. Hotel is a must if you want an experience vs a hotel stay!
Nothing.

The room though small was very comfortable and efficient. Though there was a large crowd in the downstairs facilities, the room was quiet with the windows closed. Room service dinner was surprisingly good.
Having to enter through the restaurant/bar area or get to the lobby on a busy Friday night

Great location with excellent restaurants close by as well as easy walking distance to Denver downtown
The service was hit and miss and frankly, disappointing for a hotel of this quality. For example, your room was only serviced and cleaned if requested by you. No one told us this at check in so it did not happen. In room coffee and tea is cheap - get a nice espresso machine! Early checkout was not easy. All things that can easily be fixed with quality staff.
