Hotel is exceptional. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff were amazing. Great downtown location for our business meetings.
There isn't anything I can say that I didn't like. I do have a suggestion for the hotel, maybe a working space in the hotel lobby. Just a personal opinion, as I'm not a person that's keen with sitting in a bar table to do work.

We stayed with 2 kids and it was super convenient and the employees went above and beyond. Really comfortable beds and super clean

There was a problem with the shower drain partally plugged. The maintenance staff came right up and fixed it. The breakfast was much better than many hotel breakfasts.
We could have used one more pillow.

That it was in walking distance to shops downtown
The daily 65$ valet parking was told was the only parking. I found a lot that was 1/2 that price right around the corner
