Nice property and nice stay
We arrived between 9-10pm EST. We stayed in contact throughout our drive with any delays so they knew we were coming and what our arrival time would be. Check in was listed as “after 4pm”. We did not have a room ready for us when we got there. Had to wait in the lobby for a little while. I had to work on my laptop in the lobby with no WiFi access yet because you needed a room number for WiFi. This was irritating as I just wanted to submit my work and go to bed. I will say the front staff were great in handling the delay. Gave us waters on the house. Clean room, comfy bed.

Nice area, we were close to plenty of dining options and the zoo. Also not far from the Cincinnati Art Museum.
The parking lot was small, but plenty of underground garage parking for additional space

It was a convenient location to our purposes
It was mostly clean & the room was mostly quiet
Not very dog friendly to find an area for relieving themselves
Elevator was down half the time & pool was closed part of the time.
Staff were brusk at times about issues we had no control over.
