Room was spacious, bed was so comfy, great area to relax in room, spacious bathroom with nice shower. Breakfast selection was good. Staff friendly.
Didn’t have a hotel bar. Couldn’t book a taxi from reception (needed Uber App) and staff unsure of bus routes or information to get around.

It was good but the eggs were watery and just warm. Would have like them to be cooked a little more and hit. The oatmeal was good.

Location was perfect! 10 minutes from the zoo and Newport aquarium, 30 from kings island with traffic. Great food next door, nice and friendly staff, nice size pool and good breakfast.
I think the pool needed cleaned out and we never had room service as requested but was able to get extra trash bags and towels without any trouble.

Spare blankets had long hairs
All over them. Floors were kind of clean. Spot cleaned.
No towels at the pool. Asked the black lady where they were and she said they are there.
I said they were not. She just stared.
Found them myself. At the gym. No big deal.
