The location was great since were in the area for a concert at O2. It had good transport into the centre. It was easy to check in and check out, the beds were extremely comfortable.
It had a huge water stain on the ceiling and the carpet was really old and there was a needle sticking out of the carpet we almost stepped on. The breakfast was ok. The shower was uncomfortable because of the glass walls that you couldn't slide closed, and it was hard not to get everything wet. I was a bit hesitant to keep the booking once I saw how the owner responded to the negative comments, but all in all, I'm happy with the experience. London is expensive after all.
