We stayed at the hotel for two nights during our trip to London and had a good stay.
The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, the Underground and nearby shops. The price was very reasonable for London. The reception staff were polite, friendly and attentive. A special thank you to the receptionist, who was particularly attentive, helpful and always willing to assist us. We really appreciated his kindness and support throughout our stay. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at reception after check-out.
The bathroom was nice, and overall the room was clean.
However, the room itself could benefit from some refreshing, such as a fresh coat of paint. It was quite small for three people, and it would have been helpful to have a bedside table or a slightly larger table between the beds. More coat hooks for outerwear, as well as a small chest of drawers or some extra storage space, would also make the room more comfortable.
Overall, thank you for a pleasant stay. We had a good rest and enjoyed our time in London!

Price was good, location was good, fridge was handy, toilet/tv/shower/lighting all worked properly.
In the heatwave, the room was seriously uncomfortably hot even with the fan on. Indoors was actually much hotter than the ambient outdoor temperature and I was pouring with sweat. The carpet was rather old and stained but the heat was the worst aspect. Even at night, the room temperature was not dropping while outside the temperature fell by about 15 degrees celsius. I suppose it us the nature of the building, I'd be happy to use it again but not in heatwave weather.
