Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location for easy walking access to the Ueno attractions. Staff were super helpful, especially Mone who assisted us in retrieving my passport that I had left in a bar across town.
Nothing really to dislike. It was one of the better hotels we have stayed at.

Great place to stay and very conveniently located from JR Ueno station, it is about 5-7 minutes walk
The signboards were a bit too small, so we ended up missing the place the first
Time.

Rooms were small, but adequate for our two day stay. Location was very close to train station, but had a hard time finding coffee/breakfast places close by that were open before 10 am.
Beds were very firm and pillows were like tissue paper. Staff at restaurant was not very accommodating.
