We had a wonderful stay. The situation is perfect, walking distance to the old quartier and the important monuments. The staff is really kind and helpful, specially Tomas, the patient receptionist and Nemo. They were really nice and friendly providing very good information. Ms Daily recommended us the Cruise at Halong abd Lan Ha bay at a very good price and beautiful boat. Breakfast was abundant and very tasty. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We'd stay again here, It was a very good experience
Had to leave.

Location and the Staffs are really good
Toiletries are really bad, like Teared bath towels, poor quality of shower gel and breakfast can be more variety
