The staff that was serving was poor, I had to sit at a dirty table for more than 30min.
I had to get up for juice and had to walk after the staff for service, I'm very disappointed in the morning staff who served breakfast.
The morning staff needs to pay more attention to the customers and needs to show the customer's that they care about their jobs and that they are there to serve the customers

I enjoyed the friendly staff!
There was a noise periodically when I opened the window.

We appreciated the convenient location, as we chose the hotel because it was close to the hospital where our son had an appointment the following morning. It made our stay practical and less stressful, especially with a little one and an early start ahead of us. The hotel was a convenient option for our needs during our trip.
There wasn't anything major that we disliked, although our stay was quite brief as we were mainly there for the convenient location near the hospital. We didn't have breakfast, so we can't comment on the dining experience. Overall, it served its purpose for our overnight stay.

The hotel location is excellent for athletes participating in the Two Oceans Ultra marathan and the half marathon.
We arrived after our check in time of 2 pm and had to wait an additional 30 minutes before our room was ready. Dinner available was ONLY the buffet/eat all you like. No athlete eats a buffet the night before an Ultra marathon but there was no alternative dinner available. We had to return to our room and order room service.
