The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful mountain view from the sheltered balcony attached to our room.
The warm welcome of the manager and the attentiveness of the staff.
The great breakfast which offered variety and was beautifully presented.
The windows in our room were a bit sticky trying to open and adjust the shutters. Easily rectified

Nothing to fault - everything was great!

Victoria Haus is a little oasis tucked away in the suburbs of Kenilworth. Ebrahim, the GM was a wonderful host and set the tone for the most relaxing staycation. Stepping through the fires, you are transported to different time, space and energy. If you are tired and need refueling for your soul, I could not recommend them more highly.
