Host was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations for our day biking around as well as vegetarian friendly restaurants. He also picked us up and dropped us to the station which was appreciated. Cute hostel with back garden and living area - including views of Mount Fuji.
Dorm room layout meant lots of privacy as beds were spread.
Only negative was that the lights in the dorm room stay on all night. Host dims them at 10pm but they are still bright and shines in through the curtain. No light switch/control in the room.

The property is a beautiful house having multiple rooms and some rooms have an excellent Mt Fuji view. The host is very nice and speaks good English. Host gives you pickup service from the station to the stay post 3pm (checkin time) and also drops back to the station on checkout day. Rooms are big and comfortable. It has common washrooms but they are very clean.
It is a bit far from any 7/11 or lawson store and the nearest one is about 10-12 minutes walking.

The owner’s attitude is so good and friendly, english not bad for communication, the bed is clean, the restroom is nice, the environment is cozy like Ghibli vibes, I said what I said, so good!!
Just a bit far for me who walking/cycling, everything is quite good
