This is an exceptional guest house. The facilities include a beautiful lounge on tatami mats looking out to see Fuji-san and a balcony with barbecue... Also views of Fuji-san. A well stocked communal kitchen and comfortable dining area. The shared bathroom has a laundry and the hosts have thought of everything... Hairdryer and straighteners in the bathroom! My bedroom was super comfortable with its own toilet. I had a fridge to store food and drinks. Best of all, the host provides bikes to borrow. I took a bike ride around Lake Yamanakako...twice! Perfect location, close to supermarket and conbini. It is a 9 min walk from the bus stop. Perfect!

富士山周辺の観光の際、利用させていただきました。
3階のお部屋で、朝はベランダに出て、まさに紅富士を眺望できました。
他のお客さんもマナーが良く、静かに快適に過ごすことができました。ダイニングキッチンで食事を作ることもできるようです。美味しそうなにおいがしてきて、新鮮な食材で自炊をする旅も素敵だなと思いました。
お部屋に荷物置き場や椅子が少なくて、荷物の整理に多少苦労しました。
タオルなどは充分にご用意いただいたので、床にタオルを敷いて荷物を広げたりしました。
でも格安な上、ベッドは広々フカフカだったので、許容範囲内です！

オーナーさんが親切で、質問のメールに対する返信も早く丁寧。到着の時間が遅れたのに着いたらすぐに外まで出迎えてくれ案内してくれました。館内綺麗でキッチン、談話ルーム素敵です。山中湖まで徒歩5分。明日の天気予報、赤富士情報なども丁寧に教えていただきました。アメニティ有り。貸しチャリ有り
テレビあるが地上波が見られなかった。携帯をテレビに繋ぐコード有ればコンテンツは見れる。エアコンが暖房がつかなかった。浴槽はあるがシャワーのみの利用。

屋根付き駐車場なので雨だったため濡れずに移動が出来たので良かったです。
またスタッフの方が大雨の中誘導してくださってありがたかったです。
壁や床が薄いので話し声や足音、ドアの開閉の音がかなりうるさかったです。
