This is our fourth stay at Greenhill, originally chosen for its location, now because we know we will get a consistently good service. Each year we have seen improvements around the hotel.
A comfortable chair would have helped in the room but that’s the perspective from an old man with three replacement joints. There was a perfectly good bedroom chair but way too low for me and no arms. Yes I know I should have asked!

All of our meals were very nice .
All staff were very friendly.
We will definitely be back in the future .
Thank you.
It’s a shame there’s no area like a lounge area where you can sit and chill after your meals and take in the lovely scenery.
Instead we went back to our lovely room to chill and look through our window at the lovely scenery outside.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful and the food well cooked and plentiful. Easy access with large car park on site
The bathroom was on the small side and would have preferred just a shower rather than a bath to give more space

Location was fine, breakfast was adequate
Very little space on coffee making facilities, short lead on kettle, had to boil on floor, not the best as our mobility not the best, TV in awful position and also covered up the mirror, mattress quality poor, very soft and uncomfortable, could have been deeper as you caught your legs on wooden sides of bed when getting out
