Great location, bar and reception area are lovely
The staff were excellent
The rooms are very basic
The heating/air con in the room was pumping out very warm air. The staff were great at giving us a new room but the air con needs sorting

Central to Newcastle, accessible from train station, nice bars and restaurants nearby, ideal place for an overnight stay and reasonable price when visiting.
