Absolutely spectacular! We’ve stayed at their property on Gili T in the past, so when we decided to do 1 night on Gili Air from Lombok, it was a no brained. As soon as we checked in we looked at each other and said, “Well, let’s go ahead and do 2!” Keep in mind, we left most of our things at the resort we’re staying in on Lombok. Pink Coco is so amazing, we had no issue paying for both resorts for 2 nights 🤣 They saw that we’d stayed at one of their other properties and made us a beautiful welcome back message on our bed. This place just has all the little details covered.
The pool is perfect. The location and sunset views are astounding. The live music and fire dance at sunset were incredible. The staff, food and accommodations leave nothing to be desired! Special shoutout to Anna, who was just lovely! We will be back!!

If there was a higher rating for this hotel I would 100% give it. Aesthetically it is stunning on a beautiful island, the food is wonderful and the accommodation is comfortable. However, the strength of this property is the team. They are friendly, accommodating, considerate, charming but ultimately they are there to keep us safe and they made it feel better than home. This all starts at the top with Anna who is an absolute credit to the property and this shines through her amazing team. Take a bow Anna, you are a true goddess. And a stone cold fox too!

From the moment we arrived, PinkCoco Gili Air felt special. The beachfront setting, beautiful pool, excellent restaurants, sunsets and peaceful atmosphere create a wonderful sense of calm and genuine zen moments.
What truly makes the place exceptional is the staff: warm, attentive and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Anna, the Customer Experience Manager, for her kindness, availability and extraordinary attention to every detail.
The room was always impeccably clean, with outstanding care given to hygiene and all the small details. Most importantly, the team helped us create a deeply personal and very special moment in our lives. The care they put into making everything as magical as possible touched us enormously and gave us a memory we will treasure forever.
