A conveniently located self-catering apartment with huge character set in a 16th century building just minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and central Venice.
The newly refurbished apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably and is furnished to a high standard with antiques collected from around the world. The dining and living areas are spacious and comfortable . A marble bathroom and double bedroom are located off the main room . Stairs lead to a mezzanine floor with 2 further single beds . The kitchen is well appointed with washing machine and dish washer . Take your breakfast espresso on the private and romantic wooden terrace and enjoy a 360 degree view of Venice 's unique rooftops.
Long and short term rentals are considered . No pets.
How to get to the apartment from the airport: You can get a water taxi directly to the apartment. 25 minutes ride plus only 3 minutes walk.
How to get to the apartment from the station: Get on vaporetto (ferry boat) number 1 and get off at San Stae (3rd stop about 10 minutes). From there you will have 8 minutes walk.

The location of the apartment is in a delightful neighborhood in the heart of Venice. The local restaurants, cafes and shops are convenient and enjoyable to visit. The apartment itself is well outfitted and decorated, but is at the top of a long flight of stairs. The benefit of that climb is a nicely daylight unit and a rooftop balcony, but it’s difficult with luggage.

Lorenza was so helpful and communicative. The apartment was conveniently located and beautiful. The rooftop provided a wonderful retreat to enjoy the city from above. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very spacious and had a beautiful rooftop terrace where we enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset. The apartment was in a great location, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The unique décor and artwork gave the space so much character, and we appreciated having great espresso coffee available each morning.
There were quite a few stairs, but we didn’t mind—it was a nice challenge and good exercise. The only minor downside was the mosquitoes, which are very small in Venice (you barely feel a bite or are itchy ) . It might be helpful to have a fly swatter available in the apartment for future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend it!
