The location and apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom, kitchen and dining room were all great. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and close to the ferry to get to the other parts of Venice. The TV and Netflix was great to unwind.
The couch was uncomfortable and it was hard as a family to all watch a movie at the end of a long day walking.

Very central apartment. Also apartment is nicely furnished
The owner only provides 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 small face cloths for a entire weekend. Friday to Monday... that is a long time for only 1 bath towel per person. She refused to assist with more. Also, no extra bin bags, no cleaning support for the whole stay. The long flights of stairs were a lot to carry the bags up

Suite Veronica is a comfortable and spacious apartment in San Polo providing an easy walk to many attractions, restaurants, shopping and a grocery store yet in a location away from all the crowds. There is also a convenient gondola stand right outside the door of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with a great view of Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari.
The host was wonderful to work with and her communications were timely before and during our stay. She was kind enough to let us store our luggage prior to check-in while we explored the city. She left written instructions on the table for us, which was very helpful. If you're not familiar with Venice or Italy, they are very diligent about sorting their garbage. Even though the separate bins were well marked, we had some questions about them, and our questions were quickly answered. Many thanks Margherita for making our stay a memorable one.
I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Venice.
I see others have commented that the couch is low to the floor. Although I didn't think it would bother me, it certainly was noticeable.

Everything was so clean and neat. Very well equipped. Perfect location. AMAZING views. Host excellent and helpful.
