Outstanding service! One of the staff members in the lobby was incredibly kind and helpful. I believe his name was Haider or Serdar. He assisted us with our bags, went out of his way to get us tea, and was always available whenever we needed anything. He really made our stay special.
There are a few minor areas for improvement. The room layout could be optimized—specifically, the mirror was awkwardly placed right next to the entrance door. Additionally, the room telephone didn't work during our stay, and the bathroom was quite small and cramped.

Lovely hotel and helpful staff, the private spa is great as is the breakfast
Drinks at breakfast, would have been nice if fresh juices were served, and the coffees were not good.

The location
No balcony on any of the rooms, and the outside seating area a little cramped with a constant leaking drain
