The property is located in a quiet residential area, yet just a few minutes' walk from the old town and local food market (which we discovered two days before our departure).
Lots of blankets provided to keep you warm.
Quite large beds. We slept in a queen bed.
Very friendly host.
They had a heater in the room, as there is no central heating to what we learned from researching about Cusco hotels.
Very small towels.

Location was great and Bertha was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
The shower was temperamental and didn't always heat up, so was a fresh wake up shower!

The room was clean and tidy and in a good location and great value for money!
The drains needed some cleaning as they emitted a bad smell. The hot water was also inconsistent in the shower. I found the bed to be very firm and uncomfortable but my husband didn’t mind so I guess it depends on the person!
The street outside the apartment was very noisy and there were dogs barking all night so definitely bring ear plugs!
Our room was on the third level and there was no elevator which might be difficult if you have any mobility issues.
