The location of this hotel was good and the rooms are generally nice, but those facing San Blas Square are quite noisy, going late into the evening.
I had asked for a quiet room but was given one facing the square. They did end up moving me, but it took quite some effort as the staff person on duty did not speak English. The other staff person at breakfast also did not speak English.

Wonderful place with comfortable spacious rooms, next to all the historic highlights of Sam blas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfasts excellent. There was a water filter in the hallway for you to refill anytime.
The location is at the to of a short steep hill so you have to be ready for that if you are adjusting to the altitude

Very helpful staff. Decided to store my luggage even though I had checked out a day back on my return from Machu Picchu.

The bathroom was a little rundown.
