Proximity to the beach and view from the room
Construction noise of hotel next door being built. It will be a year before it’s complete and I’m writing this October 2026

Lots of construction in the area.

Clean modern and relaxing went to dinner at the restaurant and booked a head spa after dinner
I called reception at 2am due to being unwell to ask for a later checkout offered to extend till 1pm which was great however i got a call at 12:15 telling me to leave at 12:45. Which is not a nice phone call to receive i was going to be out on time at 1pm. Don’t allow me to extend unless you commit to that extension.

Haian is well located with great sea views from the front facing room we had (606). The pool staff are great (Adam gets a special mention for his attention) and we also enjoyed the afternoon tea.
The construction noise is the killer for my rating. I can only assume Danang is not governed by noise regulations after dark! Heavy works were still underway well after midnight. A call to reception brought empathy but an inability to take any action. A complimentary voucher for a drink does not compensate for 3 sleepless nights unfortunately. I’d pre paid for 3 nights. Beware. These works only appear to be in their infancy with many more months to come I suspect.
