The room was small but clean, the staff were lovely, the food was gorgeous & the entertainment was fabulous.
They could do with more staff in the restaurant, especially when busy. We waited over 15 mins for a tea & coffee. We left as the 2nd sitting were being attended to.
The waiter we had was really nice & friendly, but run off his feet!

Very hectic at breakfast time.
A few draught lager pints received weren't acceptable.

It’s in a good location & entertainment is good, plus breakfast and breakfast staff were top notch.
Room was not the cleanest, bedding was fine but toilet/shower area was not clean, hairs, grime and mould everywhere. Wallpaper pealing off walls and window leaked in water.
