The room was clean, fresh and very comfy indeed. Donna that checked me in was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally 100yds from the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and I shall be booking this hotel again.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

No breakfast at all.I haven’t seen any staff. We did check in-check out by ourselves .No hot water or heating as we were told in the morning they had an engineer and couldn’t fix the problem .I wanted a bunk bed for my girls but nothing like that .And it said sea viewing but all we could see were just houses and rubbish behind the garden.
Heating and hot water .

Lave property with wheelchair ramp, although no lifts to upper floors, the staff did move us from 2nd floor to 1st floor which was good
First room we were put in the tv didn’t work, we got move to the room next to us, this room was clean and comfortable the bathroom was dirty with black mould in the shower, 1 loo room which was the thinnest paper we had ever seen, no toiletries
The room did not have an plugs close to the bed, there was some under the headboard, I use a CPAP which needs plugging in so this was a pain
There is on street parking available if you time it right, there’s a few parking spaces (one on the path outside the hotel) this cost us £10 per night per stay
