The ladies on the front desk in reception were top class, super friendly helpful service. Would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent. I also had great meals when I ate at the restaurant for dinner.
Nothing as far as I was concerned.

Good location to Joes Beerhouse. Very friendly staff and nice fun vibe. Good choice of beer and wine selection. They will collect/ drop of in the city. Reasonable prices
We stayed two nights, one at the beginning and one at the end of our trip. The first stay was great. No problems.
On the second night our room had no heating. We reported the problem but due the hotel having no water they had no maintenance person available. It was very cold that night. Also very bad smell coming from bathroom. We didn’t use it, we used the facilities in our daughters room. Their room was fine.
