Room was first rate, staff always exceptionally helpful and the hotel was always very clean. We arrived early expecting to be able to store our bags but they enabled us to check in early which was very much appreciated.
Breakfast, whilst plentiful, needed a slight overhaul. Cheese in plastic? Too many fried eggs put out at once so became a bit rubbery etc.

The location was great, although we had a driver who took us everywhere
Had an exceptional dinner accompanied by an exceptional red wine. It was the lesser expensive one, but still memorable

The top bar but not food there. And you could not bring your own.
Parking is a mess and not clear at all. Wish the hotel would let folks know - especially if they let them know days before arriving that they are coming with car. Also reception is on 14th floor. Downstairs floor is a third party restraining - making checking in a bit of a hassle especially with parking.
