The hotel is almost centrally situated, so provided easy access to amenities. The staff was helpful all the time when we needed assistance. Overall great experience with our stay.

It was fabulous lovely big room looking out to see the yachts. Bit of a walk into Amsterdam shops for me. Food was great. Made a change to stay in a modern hotel rather than the ones in the city with no lifts.

I have already paid the hotel; why has the amount been charged a second time by Booking.com?

Very close to riverboat cruise port
We stayed here last April, the room was spotless. This time it was not clean. There were even bottles of shower products left by. Previous guest in bathroom
