The room was spacious and had a nice sitting area with two chairs in front of a bay window. The inn is right across the street from the beach and the promenade. There's a nice convenience store around the corner. The proprietors are cheerful and eager to please. The breakfast room is pleasant, and the menu is made to order. Wi-fi was good and included in the room fee. The White Hart in the town center is a good pub with good food and a very pleasant staff.
The bed pillows seemed lumpy and old.

Perfect location, across the street from the beginning of the promenade that stretches for miles. The cook was out for surgery so breakfast wasn't great but certainly adequate.
Parking available only on the street where allowed, which can be difficult to find and entail a long slog.
