Very friendly staff who were very helpful, warm, and were patient with any questions, they were also able to give local recommendations. Towels provided, great water pressure in the shower, excellent views.
If you could have more control over the heating, or if the thermostat could be adjusted, I know that this is personal taste, but since it had rained a lot, I was trying to dry my clothes, and I did manage to as the radiator was on for a little bit.

The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble
The room was atrocious, we had a double bed and sofa bed, the bed was uncomfortable and I defy anyone to sleep on the sofa bed. The laughable bathroom had absolutely no where to put toiletries etc and every time you pulled the flush it sounded like a machine gun. We were on the 3rd floor and the lift was tiny and frightening and the carpets were grubby.
For anyone who cares about decor it was cheap and nasty.
