The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is super central and the staff is kind and helpful.
Nothing direct from the hotel or staff.
We know you cannot control other guests but the reception could reminded late comers to please be mindful of others resting. Especially since you can see them (hear them) from the moment they come into the reception.
Also, could be more aware and communicative if there is a city event, especially for those who need to commute out of the center.
There was a city marathon and nobody gave a hint to pay attention to this for traffic, transport on the departure day.
