Excellent location in Santa Cruz. Everything on your doorstep. The rooms are spacious and quiet and the solarium on the top floor was a little sun trap with views of the Cathedral. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and provided us with a map talking us through the tourist attractions. We booked room only so can't comment on the breakfast.
Another bonus was the complimentary coffee in the reception area, coupled with lemon and ice water. Nice touch on those hot days which we had many of. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cute little hotel in the city centre! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and the staff is polite. There’s a small pool you can wait out the August heat in.
It says check in is from 12, which most would interpret you can come from 12 onwards and have a room. No, the check in is from 12 but depending when the previous guests check out and when they clean the room, could be 12, could be 18 for your specific situation. Luckily we got a room fast, but it’s a confusing concept and wording.
