Our second stay. Once again, staff professional and helpful. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Florence’s historic center. Easy walking distance to just about any site you’d like to visit, as well as convenient for public transportation, especially Florence’s excellent tram system.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Upon entry, it seemed there was a sewer issue. The entire hotel smelled, and it was not addressed by anyone. When we inquired the second day, they told us it was a “mystery”. The smell persisted the entire stay. Unpleasant to say the least.
