You can't park in the Diocletian Palace but we booked parking through the hotel and were given good instructions which were updated as we went and met at the parking space and the member of staff carried our bags to the hotel. The staff went over and above to make sure we were ok. For example, we don't tend to eat breakfast so they checked if we wanted it and if not could they make us a packed breakfast to take away. Also, one day I accidentally put the do not disturb sign on the door and they text me and asked if that was what I wanted because they were happy to clean the room for us. I've never had that before. I think it is because it is a boutique hotel. You are right in the middle of the pedestrianised area, walking through restaurants to get in but we never heard a sound from outside even though our room was on the same floor as reception (1st floor). Aircon worked brilliantly and we had everything we needed. A very nice and nicely located hotel with lovely staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of variety at breakfast with wonderful homemade baked goods, hot options and
very good coffee.
Lighting in bathroom very poor. Nowhere to sit outside. The exterior photos show tables which are actually owned by a restaurant independent of the hotel.
