Huge room. Comfortable bed. Clean washroom. Balcony. Fast wifi.
Room has safe box and TV.
No one at desk ever.
Tons of CCTV cameras like China.
Not even electric kettle in room. No microwave either.
Huge kitchen but always locked and said no access which is ridiculous.
The price was same as other apartments but I booked this place on excellent reviews.
Noise of traffic and just below fly path of NAP airport after takeoff.
Instead of safe box and TV you should maybe provide these?
Instructions to check in were sent after several messages on booking and whatsapp.
No response from management from day 2.
Its not a BNB but some office space converted into rooms for income.
Owners probably dont stay in Italy.
Italian clients given early checkin and good response compared to others.
This is more of a hostel but with individual rooms for senior locals and those with dogs who cannot find any place to stay for long term.
That explains the lack of reviews recently.
Rude housekeeper from Sri Lanka and made first passive aggressive and then racist comments about my Indian origin.
Finally this is not a property issue but the elevator needs 20 cents and ONLY a 20 cent coin. Never seen this in Italy ever. Maybe a Neapolitan thing.
With a new management and staff this can easily be a 9 or 10 considering location, condition of rooms and everything else.

The location is great, the room is spaceous, clean and the view from the balcony to Botanic gardon is really nice. Bed was comfy and big.
The toilet was making strange noses from time to time, due to some kind of automatic system and the doors were hard to lock as they seemed worn-out. But generally, no specific issues or claims.

Good location nice room once l managed to get in, (3door codes🥴) door to the apartment was very difficult to lock as it has been damaged and poorly repaired
My eu plug adapter which works all over Europe ( l go abroad 12-15 times a year, never have any issues, didn’t work in the apartment in any of the plug sockets, my phone died and l had to spend the next morning trying to buy one that fitted, strange really because the one l bought worked but when l tried it at the airport it didn’t work l had to use my original one, that worked fine, very weird.
