lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating, provided us with lots of info and tips for restaurants and helped us book a taxi to the airport.
the room was lovely but there was a window facing the hallway, so every time someone moved outside, lights would go on and off. it was also very noisy with traffic/people downstairs

It was a fabulous little hotel, great location, room was perfect and very clean. Honesty box for soft drinks. Very little about it not to like
The only thing was the noise at night but if you have a city centre hotel there’s not too much you can do about that

Brilliant location, so modern and chic

The rooms are absolutely stunning, the high ceilings and the decor is very beautiful. The view from the balcony to the Duomo is also gorgeous.
As the hotel is located in a very central and busy area, it is exposed to a lot of noise 24 hours. There seems to be no soundproofing nor double glasses as inside the room it was impossible to sleep for most of the time because of noise coming from the square and the surrounding streets. This could really be improved.
