Marco paid it very clearly how to get the keys to the apartment it was so easy

The location was amazing and the apartment was very spacious with tons of storage space, super clean and very comfortable.
We had a little bit of difficulty with the initial entry, but other than that everything was perfect.

Location. Size. Cleanliness.
This accommodation feels like a purely financial transaction rather than a hospitality experience.
The kitchen utensils and toiletries provided were basic level, there wasn't even an ice tray in the middle of summer. There was also no welcome book, no local recommendations, and no useful information about the area or the property.
The sofa was so uncomfortable that we couldn't sit on it for long while trying to watch the World Cup. Everything felt functional but minimal, with little effort to make guests feel welcome or comfortable.
These are genuine observations and intended to help improve the guest experience. Having read the owner's responses to previous reviews, particularly those that raised similar concerns, I fully expect the response to in the same vein.
