Very central location. Superb view. Excellent communication with the host. The property had a bath which was lovely after all the walking we did! Wonderful sunset from terrace.
Small lounge area if more than 2 guests.

This apartment was absolutely spectacular—without a doubt, the best place we have ever stayed! Everything was wonderful, from the breathtaking views of Bologna to the lovely terrace where we spent time relaxing and sipping wine while taking in the scenery. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and having a lift was such a bonus. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was beautifully equipped, and every detail made our stay feel special. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more! We would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bologna. It made our time in this beautiful city even more memorable! Very beautifully decorated.
Loved everything!!!

If you have ever dreamed of staying in an elegant penthouse with a wonderful view, this is the place for you! Everything about our 3 night stay was perfect. Our 2 bedroom apartment had everything we could want from comfortable beds, to a great couch and large TV, in the sitting room to a luxurious bath with glassed in shower and large soaking bath. But the kitchen! Can you imagine a glass walled kitchen overlooking the city center and city lights? Strongly recommend.
The only suggestion I can make is to make available a couple of blankets for those of us used to more than just sheets for cover. The air conditioner works so well and some in our family like to sleep colder than others.

Great location in a historic building, balcony with beautiful views across the roof tops, comfortable and tastefully designed contemporary decor. Friendly host and well explained check in.
