Very comfortable and they’ve to a lot of effort to make it really lovely.

Location is perfect - it's within a few minutes walk to the old town which has things to see and restaurants to go to.
The staff were great! Leonardo at the front desk did everything he could for me, e.g., things to do nearby, restaurant suggestions, where to park. Also the staff for breakfast are wonderful - so welcoming and friendly, with two options, "salty" or "sweet" - I tried both, both good! And the yogurt is fabulous!
The room was minimalist. Except for the bed, there was not much to it. Small but functional bathroom, and a small closet with a kettle and coffee powder. Good thing: during the night, the room was very quiet! And the AC worked well - which was important as, even in October, it was hot!
Parking was a bit of an issue; the city was preparing for a celebration and had closed off the large parking lot nearby. The 3 options were: on the street and feed the meter, or underground a bit away for a fee, or free a bit away also but spaces at a premium until mid-afternoon.
The room did not have a lot of noise insulation, especially when people were in the hallway and talking. Not a problem during the night as everyone was sleeping, but a problem early in the morning when guests in rooms with no bathroom would use the common facilities - and talking with not much respect for guests still trying to sleep.

Quiet, clean, lovely rooftop terrace, lovely breakfast, very nice property
Very good location near the old town. However surrounding streets need vigilance with personal belongings while passing through them

The lounge and terrace
Very uncomfortable, small bed. Hard pillows. Amelie is not fit for two people. This is a single room.
