The receptionist welcome was outstanding. She could not have been better in any way. She showed me the room before the 3 pm check in time, she showed me where to leave my luggage before then. She offered me the chance to move to a room downstairs should I wish to do so (I did not take her up on this offer). Upon departure I could collect the luggage even after reception was no longer staffed (past 5 pm) as my front door code remained operational till the end of that day.
Free tea and coffee was available in a common area which also featured a little terrace where you could enjoy your coffee by seating in the sun should you wish to do so
My private bathroom was external to my room just across the corridor. This was an inconvenience specially at night as you had to leave your room to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
In addition and although the facilities are brand new, the bathroom had a musky smell as it was an internal room with no window, just an extractor which is not enough to cope with the excess moisture generated in a bathroom

Very clean accomodation great location very quiet area good for old town and good transport links. Excellent booking communication and Caroline very helpful in person
More storage in room and bathroom would be preferable but okay for short stay

I took room with the balcony and there was no balcony and the room was tiny and uncomfortable. The pictures shows totally different room. If I had known about this earlier i would never take this place.
