About this apartment rental
This third floor 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. For your convenience, there is a spacious elevator. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of four people. The bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV . The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine . The condo is completely tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Beach access was perfect. No need to walk down to Siesta Beach. We went in May, and there were plenty of chairs available. The beach was not crowded. Outside of complex is nice and classy. Our particular unit did not have a great view from the screened in patio space; but it was still nice. Unit did not include preferred body wash and hair stuff. I am used to having that in hotel room. Not a big deal if you know. A good water source would also be helpful. Otherwise, everything was nice. Having a place with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS is huge. You see bands of folks waking the side of the road with all kinds of stuff. Totally unnecessary if you have the beach access.

Great location! Walk to Siesta Key beach, nicely decorated condo, perfect spot for a beach vacation getaway. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay last week. Everyone and everything was just right. Our room was located perfectly between the beach and the pool. Room was clean and orderly. Will be back

As usual we had a very nice, clean room. This time we weren’t in the towers but we really enjoyed staying in the club suite, room 147. A nice touch this year was the young man who brought your chaise lounges out to the beach. Can’t wait until next year.
