About this apartment rental
This third floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location on our property, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. It is also a very short stroll to the Bay Side part of our property which has a hot tub and a second pool. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, this unit sleeps a maximum of four people. The comfortably decorated bedroom is furnished with two queen sizes bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and there is a sofa bed in the living room with a large 42" flat screen TV wit HD TV service. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination, while the half bath is equipped with a sink and toilet. The spacious, open kitchen plan is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

We had a great time and our condo was great. We had everything we needed in the condo, and it was clean and spacious for the 3 of us that stayed. It is a great location with easy access to the beach. Chairs were complimentary on the beach which is a huge plus in my book. There is no washer or dryer in the condo and had to go to the first floor to do laundry but all in all it was a great place to stay, and I would recommend staying here.
