The hotel is beautiful, tidy, and clean. The staff are friendly, and I would especially like to praise the ladies who clean the rooms—they are very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food is varied and delicious. The pool is clean and well maintained. The girls who organize activities for the children are very friendly and pleasant.
The city is very noisy at night, so you can hear the music and street noise even inside the rooms. It’s not too bad, but if you prefer peace and quiet, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is very good. The cleanliness and the housekeeping staff are a 10/10. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The food is good, and the pool is clean.
We did not have to pay for parking because my daughter has a disability. The reception staff were very understanding and helpful. The staff in general were very empathetic and kind.
It is perfect for families, with a playground and activities for children.
I felt that the staff were overwhelmed by the large number of guests. Refilling food at the dining tables was often slow, and many times we had to wait until a table became available. There are simply not enough tables for the number of guests.
For the snack/pizza, we waited about 30 minutes. Only one person was making the pizzas, and if there had been two people, we probably would not have had to wait so long.
The two elevators are not enough for the number of guests. We often had to wait a long time for an elevator. Since we were using a wheelchair, we could not use the stairs.
The parking area has only 20 spaces, which is not enough for the number of guests.

Most of all I like that the room was very clean and the cleaner was very polite. The reception people were super kind and the entertainment for kids are on good level.
I don’t like the Ukraine staff. They were very dirty and rude. The food on restaurant wasn’t good.

On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, and it was convenient to have a small refrigerator in the room.
Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay. There were simply too many people everywhere, with long queues and, at times, it was very difficult to find a table to sit at during mealtimes.
The behaviour of some guests was also shocking — some people behaved like pigs rather than grown adults. I can understand why the staff often don’t smile and aren’t particularly friendly or communicative. With such huge crowds, it must be extremely difficult to remain patient and welcoming, especially when quite a large number of guests seem to have no basic manners or respect for others.
However, what really ruined our stay was what happened on our second-to-last evening. During dinner, I found a large, fat maggot in my food. I called the kitchen staff over, but none of them spoke English, so they simply took my plate away. I then went to reception and reported the incident, but there was practically no reaction or concern.
Afterwards, I also sent a message through the Booking.com system, and all I received was an automated response thanking me for staying and saying that if I had any comments, I should let them know. There was no apology or any proper response to what had happened.
This left us with the impression that finding insects or other creatures in the food is somehow considered normal here, which is extremely disturbing and unacceptable.
And, as many other guests have mentioned, I can also confirm that the pool water is really cold. Instead of returning home refreshed after a fun family holiday, all of us came back with colds and runny noses. :(
