The staff were good, the cleaning staff exceptional. The location was excellent: right in front of the beach and a short bus ride into Nessebar. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. A 15 minute walk from the central bus station. The food was good. We found the walking in the area to be enjoyable, and Nessebar was wonderful. The internet was okay. Not super speedy but serviceable. The late season value was excellent. The bar in the lobby was good.
Can't really say that there was anything we didn't like there.

Everything was good, food, cleanes, pool. Very good value for money.
Parking is small, but they find a place for our car, but biggest problem is when you want to leave somewhere because staff park they own car in front and you have to wait every single time to get out.

From staff to accommodation it was amazing. I loved how nice the receptions were.
The pool gate can not be opened after 18:30, I do understand it’s just for extra convenience. The bar closes 11 and they still serve drinks until 10:59. Might be better to inform people last drinks at 10:30 or let them know if they get any drinks they would have to finish them elsewhere.

The barman in the restaurant from Aytos was so nice, talking to everyone while pours drinks and makes feel people feel good and special. The hotel has good location. Rooms are beautiful and clean, the view from the 12th floor is spectacular. The ultra all inclusive contains many options for drinks and cocktails and the staff was generous with the drinks. The beach is just beyond the street and there are beds on the beach but there didn’t have tables to put your bag or drinks which was very uncomfortable. There was beach bar belonging to the hotel but they had only beer , water and nonalcoholic drinks there.
Chambermaids - on our last day they came in the room at 8am and woke us even before our alarm for breakfast! Then, when we were leaving the hotel one of them yelled at me cause it was 10:40 and we were still in the room (LEAVING IS AT 11!). And we couldn’t be faster cause we waited elevators for 15 mins cause everyone was leaving… We left the room at 10:55am and she was looking at us like she wants to kill us but she didn’t yell when my boyfriend was there! I told this to the receptionist but she didn’t care AT ALL AND SHOWED IT!!! Also, the first day we waited nearly hour to be checked into the hotel cause there is only one reception and don't expect your room to be ready any minute earlier.
Food was really bad and repetitive. Breakfast was fine but lunch and dinner were awful - usually meals that left from the breakfast were again on lunch and meals from lunch - on dinner (and by dinner they were already awful). We even had to eat at restaurant outside.
