L’appartamento è molto bello, a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco e dall’Arsenale. Il letto molto comodo. Bagno impeccabile. La cucina utilizzabile e completa di piatti, pentole e tutto. Inoltre tutte le mattine, tranne la domenica, alle 8:15 passa l’addetto per la spazzatura, per cui è semplice smaltirla. La proprietaria gentilissima, mi ha dato indicazioni su posti in cui andare a mangiare.
Non c’erano shampoo,bagnoschiuma, cuffie per la doccia, solo un dispenser di sapone già utilizzato. Normalmente in appartamenti di questo livello si trova anche la macchinetta del caffè con cialde e zucchero monodose.

Top-Lage – ruhig und trotzdem zentral!
Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Übergabe war super – einfach, unkompliziert und herzlich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, dazu kommt der wunderbare italienische Flair. Genau so soll eine Reise nach Venedig sein - ganz gleich ob geschäftlich oder pricat. Von hier aus lässt sich alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Grazie mille und DANKE!

Très bon emplacement dans une zone calme mais néanmoins touristique. C'était agréable de pouvoir faire des pauses en revenant à l'appartement au cours de la journée et de pouvoir repartir facilement. L'appartement était spacieux, très bien rangé et très propre. Notre hôte était réactif et disponible.
Le fait de devoir payer 30 euros de plus pour une arrivée tardive, je trouve que c'est excessif au vu du prix déjà élevé du logement d'autant plus qu'il faut ajouter à cela la taxe touristique. Sinon tout était parfait .
