About this apartment rental
Ca’ Bella Studio is a small family-appartment which is located on the ground floor in an area of the historic center of Venice, behind the Arsenale and Piazza San Marco, with a supermarket and small grocery stores within walking distance, very easy landing of Arsenale and San Zaccaria stop (landing place of the public lines coming from Airport, Railway Station and Piazzale Roma), is located in the heart of the city, but still remaining in a peaceful, characteristic area.
The apartment has just been lovingly restored and is composed of a double bedroom with one double bed (linen and towels are provided), a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with some basic foods (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, pepper etc.).
The heating is independent and is equipped with air conditioning.
It is a small apartment ideal for short stays in Venice.
The use of the wifi is included in the price.
Final cleaning and the supply of sheets, household and bathroom linen are included in the price.

Central location with quiet street level location. Dry and fresh for a street level studio. No view, but we don't need it as we are out and about all day and evening. We've been to Venezia many times as a 4-person family, travel very light, and mostly use the accommodation to sleep. A short 10 minute walk to the grand canal with a view on Palazzo Ducale e San Marco is guaranteed breezy and spectacular. Place is great for bakery, groceries, laundry service nearby. Francesca was accommodating and helped trouble shoot the air conditioner which was giving us trouble on night 1 and 2. Gotta go with the flow and manage the climate heat as best possible together. A fan provided helped air circulation immensely for our best sleeps. A wonderful experience visiting Biennale and meandering to our favourite less travelled spots -- and new ones -- throughout the island.

This place was a grest location, it was easy to get to with bags as the 3 bridges had ramps. It is a quiet location. Francesca was a fantastic communicator. She gave excellent directions to the place and she greeted us and explained anout the flat. During our stay we ran into a couple of small issues. Francesca quickly responded and helped us resolve everything. You couldn't ask for better service,We highly recommend this place!
