Erittäin mukava ja tilava huoneisto,joka on toki vanha niin rakennuksena kuin kalusteiltaan mutta se on ihan siisti ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta. Jos siis etsit vaaleita pintoja, luksusta ja moderneja huonekaluja, niin älä varaa tätä, mutta jos lomallesi sopii vanha mummolatunnelma, niin sitä tämä suloinen asunto tarjoaa. Alue tuntui olevan rauhallinen, eikä häiriöitä ollut. Tilava olohuone on mukava ja ilmastointi huolehtii miellyttävästä sisälämpötilasta. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi sänkyä ja tuulettimet katossa, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja ilmastointi. Kaappitilaa on reilusti, eli matkatavarat saa hyvin purettua. Asunnossa kaksi vessaa, toinen pienen pieni ja suikukopilla varustettu, toinen kylpyhuonemallinen jossa on suihku+kylpyamme ja isot peilit. Lisäksi asunnosta löytyy keittiö, plussaa tuo tiskikone. Jostain syystä tähän on merkitty myös terassi, mutta se on sisätila, siellä on roskikset ja siellä voi tupakoida, tila on ihan viihtyisä. Isäntä on oikein ystävällinen ja mukava, hän opasti meidät hyvin ja näytti asunnon pikku kommervenkit ja merkitsi karttaan paikkoja, joissa käydä.
A very comfortable and spacious apartment; while the building and furnishings are certainly older, the place is tidy and within a short walk of everything. If you are looking for bright, modern interiors and luxury furniture, this isn't the place for you—but if you enjoy a cozy, old-fashioned "grandma's house" vibe, this charming apartment delivers just that. The area felt peaceful, and there were no disturbances. The spacious living room is comfortable, and air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature. One bedroom has two single beds and ceiling fans, while the other features a double bed and air conditioning. There is plenty of closet space, making it easy to unpack your luggage.

Location to the Piazza Maggiore and the beautiful park, Gardenia Margherita, a huge park with restaurants and cocktails along with gelato is great. The size of the apartment is very large, pictures can’t show how great it is on website. Giomaria was very helpful and assisted quickly, when needed. I gave this place a 10, because we loved it! Thanks so much for EVERYTHING.

La posizione rispetto al centro di Bologna, i consigli del proprietario.
L'appartamento è vetusto, arredato con mobili datati ed eccessivamente utilizzati, inoltre sono presenti diversi pezzi d'arredo (tende, tovaglie, scatole e tappezzeria varia) che rendono l'ambiente opprimente e polveroso. Gli armadi sono numerosi ma anche ridondanti di accessori non utili al soggiorno degli ospiti. Le dimensioni del secondo bagno erano davvero troppo piccole per una persona adulta.
