The hole stay was very good, George the landlord was very helpful in all needs and he was efficient.
I could appreciate if a microwave was available

Clean, great position and very comfortable. George was an excellent host and took great care of us.
Only one English language channel. Not a massive issue, but that’s the only thing we didn’t 100% love

We came to Nicosia to see the parade, and found this place last minute, and it was walking distance from where the parade was passing, with everything else we wanted to go just a short distance away. So we considered ourselves very lucky.
Overall, we're very happy with the accommodation. It had everything we needed and there's a supermarket nearby if we forgot anything. There's also an empty lot right next to the apartment where you can park your car.
We got the 2-bedroom apartment, quite spacious, with one bathroom (with toilet) and one guest toilet. There's a washing machine, a towel and face towel in each room, blanket and comforters in the cupboard, dishware and cookware, kettle, the only thing I couldn't find was a trash bag, but everything else you could possibly need is provided.
Honestly, I was abit scared after reading some of the reviews, but there was none of the 'rude owner' or 'paying twice/deposit for the key'. The person I talked to was very pleasant and helpful, very nice, we didn't even needed to meet, everything was done via phone call.
But reading some of the reviews, if you're the fussy or high-expectations type, then you're better off staying at a 5-star hotel.
Nothing, everything was great, no regrets.

The Location because was near a clinic . The bed was comfortable although was accesable only from one side . Quick check in.
The room did'nt meet my expectations and was different from the photos shown on booking site. There was no coffee or tea or even one bottle of water. The bedroom was small and although I booked for two persons they had only towels for one . In the shower was no soap or shampoo. The host was in a hurry to get his payment as soon as we've arrived and care less about how to pleased his clients. No value of money at all.
