This is potentially a very nice apartment, but it is completely lacking in comfort. Apart from the sofa group (itself not very comfortable), there is not a single usable chair. The breakfast bar has four bar stools, but only two can be used since the bar does not have overhang on one side. There is no dining table (the pool table, in its place, is a pointless gimmick), so nowhere to sit and eat a meal. The balcony has two very uncomfortable wooden IKEA chairs, which cannot be sat on for long. There are no chairs in any of the bedrooms. Such a pity.
